Google Ads integration setup

Developer token, OAuth, and google_ads_mcp tools for Premium workspaces.

OWeb includes a first-party Google Ads REST integration (googleads.googleapis.com/v21). Operators connect per-user Google OAuth under Integrations → Google Ads. The deployment must have GOOGLE_ADS_DEVELOPER_TOKEN configured.

Agent tool namespace is google_ads_mcp__* (legacy naming). Agents prefer this native integration over Composio googleads when both are available.
